Dr. Sen began his career as a banker and served briefly in the Bank of India as an officer before moving to the State Bank of India. In 1978, he resigned from the State Bank of India to join the Indian Administrative Service. Dr Sen was allotted to the state of Madhya Pradesh cadre in the IAS and served in various administrative positions in the state and the Government of India. He took voluntary retirement from the IAS in 2008 and was at the time visiting professor of Economics in Miami University, Oxford, USA. He joined the Bombay Chamber as its first Director General in June 2009.

Degree from Mumbai University and a diploma in Personal Secretaryship from Davar's College of Commerce. Vikas is a Chemical Engineer from Indian Institute of technology Mumbai, post graduate in business management from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Company Secretary. Vikas has over 36 years of work experience in leading organisations in India in finance, procurement, information technology and new business developments. His last assignment was with Tata chemicals, heading new business initiatives. He was heading projects in India, South Africa, Mozambique and new business initiatives in Southeast Asia, Brazil and Europe.

He is a MBA and has 13 years of experience in the field of HR & Administration. He is In-charge of Committee Governance and Public Affairs and ETDP/MDP for the Member Companies, in addition to this he has been assigned responsibility to look after Personnel Management, General Administration, Facilities Management, Office Management and Legal Matters of the Chamber. He also handles Vendor Management & Procurement, Property Management.

She is involved in HR functions and also the committees of Governance and Public Affairs. In addition she is carrying out the work of Management Development Programmes. She is M. Com. (Mumbai University) She is with Bombay Chamber for more than a year and has over 6 years experience in the field of HR, Customer Support, Secretarial Functions and Sales Promotion.

He is involved with the overall supervision and financial management of accounts of Bombay Chamber. He is also involved with the functions of investments of the Chamber & the Trust. He is a M.Com. (Mumbai University) and has overall experience of well over 26 years.

She assists in processing and maintaining membership data and also helps with the preparation of Annual Reports. In addition, she works in the Certificate of Origin office. She is B.A. in Economics and Commerce (Mumbai University) and has been with Bombay Chamber for over 25 years.

His overall functions include supervision of the Certificate of Origin office, processing Certificate of Origin‘s application forms. He is a M.A. (Mumbai University). He has overall experience of 12 years.

He is in charge of Administration Department which includes coordination with Directors’ Office, arrangement of Events/Conferences/Workshops/Committee Meetings, handling purchases, maintenance contracts and miscellaneous/routine functions. He has overall experience of 33 years in Bombay Chamber.

She looks after research, library management and carries out the secretariat functions of the Banking, Finance and Economics Committee. He advices the Chamber and its members on legal issues related to labour laws and their implementation and compliance. In addition he advices member companies on disciplinary matters and collective bargaining issues. He represents member companies and appears in the High Court as well as before Industrial Tribunal / Labour Courts, both State and Central. He is a B.Com. (Mumbai University) and LL.B. He is with Bombay Chamber for about 20 years.

He advices the Chamber and members on legal issues relating to labour laws, industrial relations and employee grievances. He is B.Sc. (Mumbai University), LL.B. and Diploma holder from Tata Institute of Social Sciences with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations. He has been with Bombay Chamber for over 20 years.

He assists the Legal Advisors in the area of Industrial Relations. He is B. A. in Economics, Political Science (Mysore University). He has total experience of around 9 years in Bombay Chamber and overall experience of about 29 years.

Vinod looks after all the functions related to the network and information technology within the organisation.
