@The Notification revising minimum rates of wages for “Cement & Cement Based Industry” (Item No.8) dtd. 25.4.2007 has been stayed by the Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court. Hence the Special Allowance as fixed in the previous notification dated 29.4.1994.
Note :
i. Special Allowance declared by the office of the Commissioner of Labour Office, Mumbai in the 2nd week of February and August of every year
ii. For Basic wages please refer to the notifications issued by the Govt., under the respective scheduled employments
