MHA clarifies that night curfew would not apply to supply chain & logisitics & disembarking passengers from buses, trains, flights   Jun 12, 2020

The revised guidelines dated 30th May 2020 stated that movement of individuals shall remain strictly prohibited from 9pm to 5am except for essential services.
It was brought to the notice of the MHA that States/UT's are restricting movement of persons and vehicles plying on highways. The MHA has therefore issued a clarification dated 12th June, 2020 as under:

The restriction does not apply to
a.  loading/unloading of goods (as part of supply chains and logistics); 
b. buses carrying persons  
c. trucks and goods  carriers plying on State & National Highways; 
d.  persons travelling to their destinations, after disembarking from buses, trains  and flights.
