Dr  Rajendra  Kumar  Sinha - Deputy General Manager (Small & Medium Enterprises),State Bank of India, Local Head Office,
Earned Ph.D. in Business Administration, did extensive study and completed "Thesis on Asset Liability Management in Banks" in India. Prior to acquiring the higest education Dr. Sinha did PGDM in International Banking with specialization in Finance & Research Methodology.
Dr Sinha areas of expertise include Finance, Accountancy, Contract Laws, and International Laws.
On banking association, experiences & recognitions: Dr Sinha presently serves  as Business Head of Small & Medium Enterprises in Mumbai Circle of State Bank of India, with the largest portfolio of SME business amongst all Circles. 
Published over 25 research papers/articles in reputed national journals such as VINIMAY (of National Institute of Bank Management), THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT (of Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India) & GURUKUL (of State Bank of India). In Risk Management Areas various papers published are on Basel-II; Management of Credit Risk, Market Risk (Interest Rate Risk, Liquidity Risk & Currency Risk) and Operational Risk.
Awarded FINANCE MINISTER BOOK WRITING AWARD, under IBA auspices (2000) on “Jokhim Prabandhan Aivm Vyatpunna” (Risk Management & Derivatives).
