Introduction :

The Bombay Chamber has organized pleased to announce a Certificate Course on “Building Personal Brand Equity & Assertive Communication”.  Personal Branding is created with what you stand for, the impression and perception of your stake holders and your seniors. Building your personal brand will pay you rich dividends in your professional life.  Branding is a mix of how you present yourself and how others see you.  Your vision of the way you see yourself for the next few or more years will decide your personal branding.  The more long term your vision more authentic and consistent will be your personal branding.  


Employees are the backbone of any organization and for the growth of organization there is a need for creative thinking and problem solving, choices and adaptability.  There is need for oneself to think beyond obvious and deal with challenges by being more innovative.


This empowering workshop will explore positive ways to improve your self-confidence, instill self-awareness and enhance your self-worth, through inner and outer confidence that will changes the way you feel, communicate and handle life’s challenges. Building your personal branding is related to your confidence as an assertive person.  


Assertive communication skills help us to voice our feelings in a socially acceptable way. It is the art of being pleasantly direct.  Assertive communication skill gives you the confidence to handle difficult situation and people.

  • Difference between Perception and Impression Management

  • Strengthening Personal Branding with 3 words such as aggressive, submissive & assertive communication

  • Different types of assertive communication

  • Skilful use of Body language, tone, eye contact to acquire assertive skills – ability to say ‘No’ to unreasonable requests in a socially acceptable way

  • Refusal, Requests & Commendatory Assertiveness

  • Different ways of saying No in a pleasant and direct way to unreasonable requests

  •  Assertive Communication Tools to Handle Tough Situations and People
