Workshop on Transformational Leadership Through Situational Self Leadership - Apr 17, 2018

Introduction :

The leaders define the organization’s march towards business excellence.  In the current scenario of constant unprecedented change and intense competition, the leaders need time to reflect, share and exchange ideas so as to carry their organization to its zenith.  Self leadership is the key to identify one’s strengths and developmental needs to perform at optimum level in the professional roles.


The Seminar Will Explore :

  • Retaining talent and understanding role of mentoring and coaching

  • To develop the individual, group and one-on-one leadership style and skills to keep up with evolving management roles and responsibilities

Orientation | Leaderless Group Activities | Challenging the Challenges – Identifying the challenges | A Group discussion on changes in work scenario and accomplished achievers.
Activities would be conducted for the participants to introduce each other, break the ice and encourage participation & involvement.
  •  Knowing Oneself – A personality test to k now one’s personality code.  This code helps in knowing one’s dominant response to situation, emotional pattern and interactional style, leadership, risk taking, innovativeness, independent / team orientation. 

  •  Personality test on attitude towards work, emotional and goal oriented drive Excellence towards work Degree of imitativeness.

  •  Components of Transformational Self Leadership Needs Model and Dominant Leadership Styles.


Towards Transformational Leadership :
Confronting the dilemmas – Becoming aware of one’s values [activity to understand which values you give priority to] and addressing value based issues.
  •  Significance of Vision – Creating a Self vision and alignment of self goals with the organizational goals [Activity]

  •  Personalizing the training inputs: The participants would be asked to make an action plan with respect to the various issues discussed.

  •  Group activities, role plays and exercises with stimulated discussions, films, case studies and role plays.

Ms. Malini Shah, is a Practising Psychologist and Behavioural Trainer/EAP Affiliate. She has Post Graduation in Counselling and Testing. She is a Professional in the field of training & counsellling since twenty years in India and abroad.  She is a Certificate holder in Art Therapy, Hypnosis, NLP and Growth Lab. Certifications /Accreditations: Presentation Skills from Delta College, Michigan, Facilitation Skills – Zenger Miller, Singapore, Self Leadership from  KEN AND BLANCHARD USA, United Health Group UK.
