Workshop on Happyness at Work - Jun 28, 2019

Introduction :

A workshop for employees to look at how to enable Happyness at work. Happyness is something each employee aspires for in life and at work. But what does happyness mean and what makes it possible is the question. Learn the tools that will help you bring Happyness to work. We will look at two important factors:

a.  Growth:  is seen as an important element for employee happyness and desirably so. Work has to be meaningful and has to have elements where one can push one’s boundaries. 

b.  Relatedness:  is the quality of relating between boss-direct report-peers and others. When the way we relate makes us avoid interacting with people at work and we need to look at ways of making relating enabling.
