This Workshop on “Managerial Excellence” aims primarily to make the participants understand that the designation of “Manager” given by the employer is not only to get the job done by their employees but also to deliver the results impeccably each time and every time.  Excellence is a habit; in order to be an exceptional Manager, cultivate great habits.

 

Further, he/she has to handle his/her employees well by giving them meaningful and purposeful jobs, engage them for the present/future roles.  They need to build a talent pipeline for their organization, adequately prepare for the change and competition which grapple the industry.
