Seminar on Burning Issues & Recent Development on E-Invoicing, New Return Forms Under GST & E-Way Bill - Feb 25, 2020

Introduction :

‘E-invoicing’ and ‘New GST Returns’ under GST Acts are new initiatives of GST Council and Government to curb the evasion of taxes and solve the issues related with the reconciliation of ITC. The purpose is to verify the revenue collections and fill the gaps in the system. The new initiatives shall be placed from New F/Y 2020-21.


Objective :

In this context, the seminar is being organized to update the taxpayers on the recent developments and changes under GST, provide taxpayers practical expertise to better understand and analyze how to fill up the New forms GST RET -1 (ANE-1 & ANE-2); facilitate GST Laws compliances and help the industry & commercial organizations especially MSMEs and PSUs by addressing GST issues being faced by them.

C. A Swapnil Munot has keen interest & expertise in Indirect Tax and Foreign Trade policy.

He has authored book on GST, titled as “HANDBOOK ON GST”. Also authored E Book on “GST E Way Bill” and “GST Amendment Act”

He has conducted 290+ Seminars across India on GST for Government Officers, Commissioners, Professionals and Industries at various forum – FIEO, ICAI, MCCIA, MSME, WMTPA, CII, NACIN, ICMA (Now ICAI), YASHADA, Various Associations, Institution and Colleges etc. He was Chairman of ‘CGST - L & R – Committee’ of WMTPA in 2019-20

He is a member of the Taxation Committee, of MCCIA in order help industry for GST

Also, he is Recognized Faculty for GST by ICAI.

He is Instrumental in obtaining Circular from Government, through his representation.

He got the opportunity to meet Hon’ble Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman and explained, in person, issues and recommendations for making GST simple.
